Job Description:

  • Develop sales strategies that ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability
  • Establish partnerships with new customers and maintain relations with existing customers
  • Active searches for new sales prospects and sales leads (Retail, Contractor, Architectural, Custom Builder, Millwork)
  • Manage small groups of customers, with unlimited opportunities to tap into different divisions within these organizations
  • Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on RFQ’s while striving to maintain, maximum profit margin plan, schedule and prioritize resources, assign tasks and projects
  • Research and develop of new products and new service options
  • Develop databases of new customers in identified markets and industries
  • Identify trends, emerging markets and other growth opportunities
  • Provide feasibility reports per project and provide detailed solutions.
  • Attending Trade Shows bringing back recommendations and new processes 
  • Conduct Educational and Statistical Sales Meetings (not limited to reporting of lost sales)
  • Provide on-site consultations with our customers in coordination with the sales team 
  • Create and execute a continuity training program for the understanding of Building Codes
  • Responsible for the hiring and firing of those working directly under their direction
  • Perform employee reviews ensuring they are working within the companies goals and guidelines  
  • Responsible for accessing a customers requirements and assigning a sales representative
  • Ensuring we design to meet the needs of the customer staying within budgetary numbers
  • Responsible for developing educational seminars ensuring our team is current and knowledgeable about the appliances, fixtures and surfaces used in applications and design
  • Act as a liaison between departments ensuring all information, details and manufacturing questions are answered in a timely fashion.

Required;

  • Instinctively results orientated, highly driven and innovative
  • Able to think strategically and apply excellent judgment & decision making skills
  • Striving to accomplish a track record with measurable business results
  • Intuitive at establishing relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Awesome at communicating and able to apply consultative and partnership skills
  • At least 10 years’ sales and business development experience
  • Experience with cold calling and gathering leads
  • Experience in client support
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, CAD,  Microvellum, Sketch-Up
